Return/Exchange Policy
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All orders are considered final sale once shipped and are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item is defective. If you receive a defective product, please contact us at hello@coqoon.co with details of the defect within 7 days of receiving the item. Items sent back to us without first requesting for a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - new, unworn or unused, unwashed with tag attached, and in its complete and original packaging.
Neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be reimbursed. Exchange is issued once item is received by COQOON. COQOON is not responsible for lost packages by your carrier.
To initiate an exchange: Email hello@coqoon.co with subject titled "Return" or "Exchange" and include your name and order number in the email body. Order number can be found in your initial email receipt. We will reply you within 1-3 business days with further instructions.
